Education and eLearning Development Services

eLearning is not unlike any other form of education and it is widely accepted that e-Learning can be as rich and as valuable as the classroom experience or even more so. With its unique features, e-Learning is an experience that leads to comprehension and mastery of new skills and knowledge, just like its traditional counterpart.

InspirationGate has three success stories in the eLearning industry, each one of them is focusing on a part of the industry.

Interactive Learning and Exam System

The system was built to allow teachers to build classroom content in terms of chapters, sections and end of chapter questions, the system allowed the user to upload multimedia content which can include rich text, video, audio and flash files, the system allows the teacher to define different types of questions like multiple choices, complete, drag and drop along with ordering the questions. The teacher is able to define the correct answer for each one and provide scoring points and correct answers. Finally when the student finishes answering the end of chapter exam, the system provides a report indicating the incorrect answers along with references that the student can use to know more about the topic which was covered by the question.

Enterprise Quiz Authoring and Hosting System

This application was built based on industry standards (SCORM and QTI standards). The application has two main modules, the first one is used to design and generate quizzes (authoring tool), the user can use this tool to build several types of interactive questions including multiple choice questions, matching and specify the ordering as well as specifying a weight for each question and the correct answer, finally the authoring tool generates the quiz in flash format to be executed by the standard adobe flash. The generated flash file is capable of connecting to published web services, these web services are used to review and track the provided answers and generate a final report and send back to the user.

Enterprise Community School Portal

A collaborative portal used to bring teachers, students, parents and school stuff in one virtual site to increase the efficiency of the education process. The teacher should use the portal to upload material, enter assignments, discuss topic with the students, post announcements and other features. Students are also able to discuss topics, answer their assignments and download materials. Parents should be able to follow up on their kids and communicate with the teachers if needed. Finally the staff should be able to use the portal to follow up on the whole education process through a number or features and reports.
