Quay Wall Marine Construction (QWD)

A quay wall marine docks design and verification application, this application was designed and developed for civil engineers specialized in designing quay wall marine docks, they use it to either design a new dock or check the safety of an existing dock if one or more of the parameters considered in the design have been changed. This application has two modules, the first module is used to design a new dock through calculating all the required dimensions, weights and forces, providing 2D drawing for the dock design and finally allow the user to calculate the total cost of build it. The second module is used to check the safety of an existing dock by providing the previously used parameters to design the dock and the changes occurred on one or more parameters then the application will be able to check the stability of the construction and inform the engineer. The application also has a number of supporting features that adds more value to it like printing all the results on papers, compare different designs and show the result in diagrams and importing data from and exporting data to CSV.
